Strass and ribbons 1) Dope two coatings with a cream-colored varnish. 2) Dry it a little bit. Using a hair-pencil put a drop of a clear varnish. Pick up the strass with a wet toothstick, put it on the drop and lightly press with the toothstick (needle). 3) Outline the strass with a silvery gel pen, draw ribbons from the center. 4) Wait till it dries up. 5) Coat the composition with a clear varnish. |
